Rosso dei Colli del Limbara IGT warm, intense, recalling red fruits with a long aromatic finish reminiscent of myrtle and licorice.

Yeld and climate 2.50 ac./6800 bottles. Typical Mediterranean, hot and dry summers, mild and rainy winters.
Harvest, vinification, maturation and refining It is operated manually starting in September. Soft pressing to preserve fragrance and aromas. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is left in contact with its lees for several months before being bottled. Each varietal is vinificated separately and then blended in May following the harvest.
Color Dark ruby red.
Bouquet Elegant, intense and persistent. Hints of blum, blueberry, red fruits, graphite and officinal herbs.
Serving temperature 64°F.
Food pairing It goes well with grilled red meat, boar, goat spicy dishes. Great with medium aged cheeses.
